What can I do if I sign in to My Account?

Once you login, you will be able to:

  • See a list of the funds you own with AGF
  • Check the latest values of your funds
  • View the details and status of any transaction
  • See a summary of your account over time

How often is the information I'm viewing updated?

AGF updates your information daily.

How can I change my personal information, such as my mailing address or email address?

To change your personal information please call AGF Client Services at 1-800-268-8583 or 905-214-8203.

What if I can't access all of my AGF accounts?

Please notify AGF Client Services by accessing the Contact Us section of our website. The Client Services team will be able to link all the accounts you have registered with us.

How long can I have access to my account(s) online?

You will have access indefinitely, or until you close the account with AGF. However, if you do not go to the My Account section to activate your online access within six months of receiving your User ID and Password, as a security measure that User ID and Password become dormant. In order to reactivate access to your account through AGF.com, please contact AGF Client Services through the Contact Us section of our website or at 1-800-268-8583 or 905-214-8203.

Questions About Logging In

If I'm logging in for the first time, how do I know what my User ID and Password are?

Your User ID and Password can be found on the first confirmation that was mailed to you after you opened your account.

My User ID and Password don't work. What can I do?

You may have accidentally typed in the wrong information. Please remember that User IDs and Passwords are case sensitive. If you are unable to log in after three attempts, you will be prompted to answer one of the secret questions you chose the first time you logged in. When you answer correctly, AGF will create a new Password for you. That Password will be sent to you by email, if we have your address on file, or otherwise by mail.

If you have not activated your account within six months of receiving your access information, then your User ID and Password will be dormant. You should contact AGF Client Services to set up online access to your account.

What do I do if I've forgotten my User ID or Password?

If you have your User ID but have only forgotten your password, then click on the "Forgot Password?" button and you will be prompted with one of your secret questions. When you answer correctly, AGF will create a temporary password for you. That password will be sent to you by email, if we have your address on file. When you login using the temporary password, you will be prompted to change the temporary password to something more meaningful to you.

What if I've forgotten my secret questions?

Please contact AGF Client Services through the Contact Us section of our website, or at 1-800-268-8583 or 905-214-8203 to get your User ID and Password. Then simply go to My Account and use your User ID and Password to register as though for the first time.

How secure is my information?

What are the minimum requirements for security settings?

To log in to view your account information, you must have a browser running 128-bit encryption. Click here to upgrade to 128-bit encryption.

What if someone else learns my User ID or Password?

You need both your User ID and your Password to log in. If someone learns your password, you should immediately change it. Just click on the "Change Password" button on the log in page and follow the prompts. The password reset takes effect immediately upon completion. Even if no one learns your password, you should change it on a regular basis for security reasons.
