Attendee Guide

1. Access a Session
The session is accessible through the registration confirmation email, calendar invite and the confirmation page. Click Go to My Session.

2. Enter your Info
If you go in via an email, you'll be prompted to enter your first name, last name, and email address. Then click Next.

3. Verify your Account
You'll receive an email and/or text message containing a verification code.

NOTE: Verification codes can only be used once and expire after 24 hours. If attendees are logging in on multiple devices, they'll receive a new verification code for each. Entering a verification code unsuccessfully 10 times will cause an attendee's access to be revoked.
3a. Verify your account
Enter the code and click "Log in". After entering the verification code, you'll be taken to the Virtual Attendee Hub.

Home Page

What is the Attendee Hub? An all-in-one events platform where you have access to on-demand and upcoming sessions hosted by AGF. Once you've registered, you can log in at any time to add new sessions to your schedule and browse content. 

On the home page you have access to upcoming sessions and the CE Center. Use the navigation across the top of the page to:

•   View all sessions: browse all sessions or the on-demand library. Add or remove them from your schedule
•   Browse resources: related session content such as insights from AGF experts and presentation slides for download
•   View your schedule: all of the sessions you're currently registered for
•   View notifications

Bookmark this page and log in at any time for easy access to upcoming and on-demand sessions.  

My Event

1. Joining a Session

Click into the session you would like to join. If the event is live, you will see a “Join Session” button. 

2. All Sessions

Browse all available sessions, you can add or remove as desired. 

3. View or Modify Registration

Navigate back to the registration page by clicking “View Registration Page”.
Click “View or Modify Registration” to modify any of your registration information.

4. Continuing Education (CE) Center
The CE quiz is accessible through the navigation to the right of the session player and in the CE Center on the home page. In the CE Center, you can: 
•   Take a quiz
•   Retake a quiz by editing your answers
•   Check your quiz scores
 
NOTE: the French quiz is only available through the CE Center.

CE Guidance:
The AGF Events team will be applying to IIROC, Advocis, FP Canada, CSF and AIC for continuing education credits. Note that for live events, the CE approval process could take up to 60 days post-event. Once the association has approved the event, you will receive your CE certificate by email.

For on-demand, you can expect to receive your certificate by email 2-4 weeks after you’ve completed the webcast.

In order to receive your CE certificate, you will need to attend for the duration of the event and answer 6 of the 10 quiz questions correctly. You can edit your responses in the CE Center after completion if you wish to retake the quiz. 

To check the approval status for each event, visit AGF's Continuing Education page (Login Required).

AGF offers continuing education courses – both online and in person. These courses help you to stay current with industry trends and enable you to support your clients in reaching their financial goals.

Listening to a Replay

 

Once you are in the Hub, at the top of your screen click on Sessions / Séances and then from the drop down select On Demand.
You will see all videos which are available to listen to On Demand, simply click on the image of the month you wish to replay and the click the “play” icon to start the video.

Should you wish to get CE credits for your listening, ensure to go to the resource center and answer the CE Quiz for the corresponding session you listened to. The CE Center is accessible from the Home page and then select CE Center.
