AGF provides secure online account access and certain electronic services subject to strict terms and conditions of use. The secure areas of AGF.com include My Account and My Book and any informational system, web-based, wireless, IVR or otherwise, established by AGF directly or through online business partners that AGF may make available in the future (collectively, “Electronic Services”). “AGF”, “us”, “we” and “our” refer to AGF Investments Inc. and its Canadian-incorporated affiliates.
Your use of any of the Electronic Services indicates your understanding and acceptance of the following terms and conditions, which may be modified by us from time to time without notice, by posting any changes within this document. Please ensure you review the terms and conditions regularly as your continued use of the Electronic Services signifies your acceptance of any changes made to them. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of the Electronic Services.
The laws of the Province of Ontario and any applicable federal laws of Canada will govern these terms and conditions and your use of the Electronic Services.

What personal information do we collect from users of the Electronic Services?
To register and use the Electronic Services, you must provide us with certain information, including:
- your email address (to be used as a User ID);
- you password;
- your mobile phone number (for additional authentication); and
- other personal information, such as answers to your security questions.
You authorize us to collect, hold, use and disclose such personal information. You also provide us with your consent to collect, hold, use and disclose personal information related to your accounts and holdings with AGF that may be displayed or accessible through the Electronic Services. You agree to tell us immediately if you change your email address or mobile phone number.
How do we use the personal information collected from users of the Electronic Services?
We collect, use, store, process and, where necessary, disclose your personal information to identify you as a registered user of the Electronic Services, retrieve the account-related information for viewing purposes, restore your access to the Electronic Services in the event that you forget your password and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

Do I have to consent to the collection of personal information to use the Electronic Services?
You must consent to the collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information in order to access and use the Electronic Services. You may stop using the Electronic Services at any time.

We make no representation that the Electronic Services will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the site or server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your User ID and password and for ensuring that others do not use them without your permission. You will be responsible for any wrongdoing or liability that results from the use of your User ID and password. AGF will not be responsible for any unauthorized access to the Electronic Services via your User ID and password. We are under no obligation to confirm the actual identity or authority of anyone using your User ID and password. You agree to contact us immediately if you suspect that your User ID and password may have been stolen or wrongfully utilized.
