Changes to DSC Funds

Effective June 1, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), as a result of regulatory changes, AGF no longer allows new purchases into LL/DSC purchase options of the AGF funds. Where LL/DSC purchase options were designated for new purchases/contributions via systematic plans, AGF updated the destination funds to the front-end purchase option of the same fund over the last weekend in May (i.e., May 28/29). Investors with assets remaining in LL/DSC purchase options after the Effective Date will continue to be able to switch between funds in the LL/DSC purchase options without incurring any deferred sales charges. With such switches, the existing deferred sales charge schedule will carry over to the switch-in fund and continue to run its course to expiration (i.e., no new schedules will be created as a result of these switches). Any trade requests for purchase of LL/DSC funds received after 4:00 p.m. ET on May 31, 2022, will be rejected and will need to be resubmitted with new instructions.
