Turner’s investment philosophy is based on the premise of combining investments in growth and value stocks to create a small cap core strategy that may potentially enhance returns. Turner uses two models – one to identify attractive growth stocks and one to identify attractive value stocks. By creating a portfolio balanced between growth and value stocks, Turner offers what they believe are the best stocks of each style.
