Rainier employs an investment style focused on building a diversified portfolio of stocks exhibiting strong revenue, earnings and cash flow growth characteristics. The portfolio is also diversified over a broad cross-section of economic sectors and industries. To help control risk, economic sector weightings are compared to the Russell 1000 Growth Index and extreme overweighting or underweighting relative to that Index is avoided.
