Richard Driehaus is the architect of Driehaus's investment philosophy and has overall responsibility for the firm's investment process and style. Richard has had a distinguished career in the investment management industry. His investment career began in the late 1960s and he has since gone on to redefine aggressive investing. His track record of success has firmly entrenched him among the top echelon of U.S. equity managers.

Richard holds a B.Sc. and MBA from DePaul University.

Philosophy:
Richard uses a bottom-up earnings growth momentum approach, evaluating the fundamental elements of a company's financial condition as well as the technical position of its stock. By placing heavy emphasis on the recognition of both favourable corporate developments and technical indicators, such as increasing trading volume, Richard's team seeks to make early identification of companies on the threshold of rapid stock price appreciation.

Jeffery James is a Portfolio Manager for AGF Aggressive^TM U.S. Growth Fund. He joined Driehaus in 1997 as a sector analyst covering technology and energy and now leads the small cap growth team and manages micro cap growth style domestic portfolios.

He brings experience as a retail equity representative and as an analyst and manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

Jeffery holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from DePaul University.

Dan Rea is a Portfolio Manager for AGF Aggressive^TM Global Stock Fund.

He is responsible for the investment research, security selection and portfolio construction of the Driehaus International Discovery Strategy and the Driehaus Global Growth Strategy. In addition to his portfolio management responsibilities, Dan was named Director of Research for Driehaus in October 2006.

He originally worked for Driehaus as a domestic research analyst beginning in 1997 following a position in corporate finance at GE Capital Corporation.

Dan received his BS in Accountancy from Marquette University in 1995.

Dan Wasiolek is a Portfolio Manager for AGF Aggressive^TM U.S. Growth Fund and AGF Aggressive^TM Global Stock Fund.

He is responsible for the investment research, security selection and portfolio construction of the Driehaus Mid Cap Growth Strategy and Driehaus Large Cap Growth Strategy.

During his tenure with Driehaus, Dan was the portfolio manager for the Driehaus Emerging Growth Strategy and the Driehaus Elite Strategy. He was also responsible for gathering research on both of these strategies.

Dan joined Driehaus as a research assistant in 1998 upon completion of his BA degree from Illinois Wesleyen University. In 2002, he earned an MBA in Finance from DePaul University's Kelstadt School of Business.
