Richard Driehaus is the architect of Driehaus’s investment philosophy and has overall responsibility for the firm’s investment process and style. Richard has had a distinguished career in the investment management industry. His investment career began in the late 1960s and he has since gone on to redefine aggressive investing. His track record of success has firmly entrenched him among the top echelon of U.S. equity managers. Richard holds a B.Sc. and MBA from DePaul University. Philosophy: Richard uses a bottom-up earnings growth momentum approach, evaluating the fundamental elements of a company’s financial condition as well as the technical position of its stock. By placing heavy emphasis on the recognition of both favourable corporate developments and technical indicators, such as increasing trading volume, Richard’s team seeks to make early identification of companies on the threshold of rapid stock price appreciation.

Lynette (Lynn) Schroeder returned to Driehaus Capital Management LLC to take over the management of AGF Aggressive^TM Global Stock Fund in the spring of 2005. She brings over a decade of international analysis and investment management experience to the fund. She was employed at Driehaus from 1997 through mid-2000 as part of the international research team and as manager of Driehaus European Opportunity Fund and Driehaus International Discovery Fund. Lynn recently managed the International Opportunities Fund at American Century Investment Management Inc. Lynn earned her MBA in 1992 from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia.

Jeffery James is a Portfolio Manager for AGF Aggressive™ U.S. Growth Fund. He joined Driehaus in 1997 as a sector analyst covering technology and energy and now leads the small cap growth team and manages micro cap growth style domestic portfolios. He brings experience as a retail equity representative and as an analyst and manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Jeffery holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from DePaul University.

Dan Rea returned to Driehaus Capital Management LLC in April 2006. He is portfolio manager for AGF Aggressive™ Global Stock Fund. He is the Co-Portfolio Manager of the international discovery style portfolios and the International Equity Yield Fund at Driehaus. He supports lead manager Lynette Schroeder with investment research, security selection and portfolio construction. In addition to his portfolio management responsibilities, Dan was named Director of Equity Research for Driehaus in October 2006. He originally worked for Driehaus as a domestic research analyst and portfolio manager. Dan received his BS in Accountancy from Marquette University in 1995.

Dan Wasiolek is a portfolio manager for AGF Aggressive™ U.S. Growth Fund and AGF Aggressive™ Global Stock Fund. He is responsible for the investment research, security selection and portfolio construction of the Driehaus Mid Cap Growth Strategy and Driehaus Large Cap Growth Strategy. During his tenure with Driehaus, Dan was the portfolio manager for the Driehaus Emerging Growth Strategy and the Driehaus Elite Strategy. He was also responsible for gathering research on both of these strategies. Dan joined Driehaus as a research assistant in 1998 upon completion of his BA degree from Illinois Wesleyen University.
