Eng Hock Ong is Managing Director at AGF Asset Management Asia Limited. Eng Hock joined AGF in 2005 and has 18 years of investment management experience, specializing in Asian markets. As Managing Director, Eng Hock manages AGF Asian Growth Class. He leads a team of investment professionals who use their local knowledge to construct a diversified portfolio of equities from across Asia.
Prior to joining AGF, Eng Hock managed an Asian emerging markets fund based in Singapore, and has worked for a variety of mandates, including equities, fixed income and balanced products.
Eng Hock earned his MBA from the National University of Singapore, and earned his CFA designation in 1992.

Beng Liang Chu, joined AGF Asset Management Asia Limited in May of 2007, bringing over 14 years of investment experience to his role as Director, Fund Management. Working closely with Managing Director Eng Hock Ong, Beng Liang focuses his research on Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines and India, contributing investment ideas for AGF Asian Growth Fund.
Prior to joining AGF, Beng Liang held portfolio management duties at various banks and investment management firms including RCM, a company of Allianz Global Investors where he was Head of the Investment Team in Singapore. In addition to managing discretionary mandates for private clients, Beng Liang has also been responsible for stock selection on Asia ex-Japan funds and Asian small-cap funds. He has also had experience managing balanced and fixed income mandates.
Beng Liang earned his Bachelor of Accountancy, with First Class Honours, from the National University of Singapore in 1991, and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1996.
