Greg Bay has more than 25 years of investment experience. In 1998, he became one of the founding partners at Cypress Capital Management and today is the company’s President and CEO.
He brings an in-depth knowledge of the oil and gas industry to his role as Portfolio Manager of AGF Diversified Dividend Income Fund and AGF Monthly High Income Fund.
Throughout his extensive career, Greg has gained experience as a private placements analyst with Rhodes Denton, an account executive with Nesbitt Thomson, a portfolio manager with Royal Trust and assistant vice president of investments with National Trust.
Before joining Cypress, Greg was a managing partner at M.K. Wong & Associates (now HSBC Asset Management Canada Ltd.) where he specialized in private client and institutional portfolio management. He was the lead on their Lotus Canadian Equity and Hong Kong Bank Small Cap Growth funds.
He has a bachelor of Commerce and Finance as well as his Certified Financial Analyst designation.

Kelly Woodall joined Cypress Capital Management Ltd. in 2007 and is currently Associate Portfolio Manager of AGF Diversified Dividend Income Fund and AGF Monthly High Income Fund.
She began her career in private client investment management and spent three-years serving high-net-worth private clients. Kelly worked as an equity analyst in Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver and gained experience at several brokerage firms, including UBS Securities Canada Inc. and Raymond James Ltd.
She was responsible for analyzing companies in a variety of sectors including, paper and forest products, steel, power and pipelines, real estate and lodging, consumer products and industrials.
Kelly graduated from the University of British Columbia’s Commerce undergraduate program in 1997 and has been a Chartered Financial Analyst since 2000.
